The "Friendship House" is Situated in the heart of the Chautauqua community, this large two-story cottage is ideal for family reunions and large gatherings. It is located near Lake Erie and overlooks Central Park, home to shuffleboard, miniature golf and a playground. A short walk will bring guests to downtown shops. 123 Kenton Row features five bedrooms and a sleeping porch: Downstairs: Bedroom # 1 - one king Bedroom # 2 - one full Upstairs: Bedroom # 3 - two twins Bedroom # 4 - two twins Bedroom # 5 - one full Bedroom # 6 - sleeping porch with four twins Bedrooms # 3, 4 and 5 have window air-conditioning units. There are two bathrooms in the cottage. Downstairs: Bath #1: has one shower Upstairs: Bath #2: has one tub and shower Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
