Spacious Cottage at Lakeside Chautauqua! If you are looking for a rental large enough for the whole family, then look no further! Occupancy 22. Boasting 7 bedrooms, and a Queen/Full bed on the sleeping porch and 1 youth bed (narrower than a twin), This Cottage is spacious enough for everyone and then some. This Cottage features three separate kitchens and living areas throughout the cottage to afford privacy to individual families. All kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffee pot. The downstairs area has and an ensuite featuring living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. There are total 7 bedrooms: Bedroom #1 downstairs has 1 full Bedroom #2 downstairs has 1 full Bedroom #3 downstairs has 2 twins Bedroom #4 upstairs has 2 full and 1 twin Bedroom #5 upstairs has 1 full Bedroom #6 upstairs has 1 full Bedroom #7 upstairs has 1 full 1 Bath/Shower 1 Shower: The first floor bath is handicap accessible, no stairs, but hallways and doorways are narrow. 2nd floor - 2 Showers The main downstairs has a Dishwasher and Washer/ Dryer. Fish off the dock, play games in the game room or just chill out on any pf the screened in porches or the patio enjoying the spectacular atmosphere of Lakeside Chautauqua. The Cottage has window units and space heaters. The Fireplace is not for guests use. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds. This cottage is only available to rent during the week of the West Ohio Conference in June. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.
