This cottage is available for the Solar Eclipse 2024! Located on the third floor of the Historic Lake View Inn - Suite 15 is a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite. This cottage features: One queen bed in the bedroom A full size Futon in the living room One full bathroom with a stall shower. You'll have use of the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and a smart tv. There is also a community shared 2 washers and 2 dryers on the 1st floor and 2 common living areas. The Inn is a short walk to restaurants, shops and pier. Maximum occupancy is 4. No pets allowed. This cottage is available year round and can be reserved for short and long term rental during the Off Season. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
