Exceptional home located near Grindley Sports complex. This lovely cottage has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, huge, updated kitchen with granite, custom cabinetry, and SS appliances. The refrigerator was replaced in 2023. Two living areas, one with gas fireplace, another huge family room at rear with walls of windows. DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom #1: Master bedroom has one King bed with ensuite bath with a shower Bedroom #2: has one Queen bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub/shower. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the front room. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom #3: has one Full and one Twin with a trundle bed Bedroom #4: has 3 Twin beds Bedroom #5: Upstairs one Full size bed. This room also has no window or door to the room. There is also a large bean bag which converts to full mattress. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa downstairs in the front room. There are three bathrooms in this beautiful cottage. DOWNSTAIRS: Bath #1: has one tub and shower. Bath #2: Master bath/bedroom has one shower Bath #3: has one tub and one shower. There is a gorgeous pergola in the back yard which is great for relaxation & entertainment. There are four parking spaces off street. There is central air and heat, washer and dryer in the unit. Gas and charcoal grill! No Pets allowed. Please note: Linens are not provided. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
