Step back in time, relive Lakeside with this traditional Lakeside Cottage. Filming Location of "Beyond The Lake". Only palm tree in Lakeside! Real Lakeside Life Vintage feeling. Access the Lakeside charming cottage through the back entry and is upstairs. Located next to Hoover and a close walk to downtown and park. Sleeps four people as cottage has two bedrooms. Upstairs unit: Bedroom 1: 1 Full size bed Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed There is also an upstairs sitting room with a pull out couch. There is one full bath with a tub/shower. Eat in kitchen with table for four. Has Wi-fi and split system air conditioning. NO pets are permitted either inside or outside. (Some owners do have pets.) Renters are required to leave the property in clean and neat condition. Check out 10:00 AM. In addition to cleanliness, the cottage should be left undamaged and ready for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied to the credit card on file. Please put away all kitchenware, including emptying the dishwasher, all trash removed from property, and beds remade neatly upon leaving. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters past the Welcome Center. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the bed. *Additional gate fees will be charged from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
