Renting now for the 2024 Eclipse! Central heating and central conditioning downstairs and individual ceiling heating and air conditioning controls in each bedroom upstairs. Historic and modern collide in this three-bedroom, three bathroom year-round home. Built in 1880, this was one of the first homes in Lakeside. Enjoy the open and screened area of the porch and enjoy the beautiful flower gardens. Inside is a completely renovated modern home! Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom #1 downstairs has one queen Bedroom #2 upstairs has one queen Bedroom #3 upstairs has one full. There is also a full size sleeper in the living room, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a single day bed with a single trundle. Two bathrooms down, one with a shower only, the other with a spa tub. One bathroom up with a shower. The kitchen was personally designed by a chef and features a dishwasher. Other amenities include a gas grill, washer/dryer, and WiFi. Please call our rental office at 419-798-4461 Ext 348 if you are bringing your dog. One Dog is allowed with a non-refundable fee of $200. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
