627 Lynn Avenue is located near the Fifth Street Gate, in close proximity to the downtown business district with all the restaurants and shops Lakeside offers. The cottage features central air-conditioning, heat for chilly summer nights, a gas grill on the patio, and a Roku TV for home entertainment. There is an enclosed porch located on the back of the house, and the master bedroom on the first floor. This cottage has four bedrooms. Bedroom #1, the first floor master has King bed Bedroom #2 upstairs has a King bed Bedroom #3 upstairs has a Queen and a bunk with two twins Bedroom #4 upstairs has four twins and a bunk with two twins Cottage also features 2.5 bathrooms. There are a full bath with tub/shower and a half bath downstairs. The upstairs also has a full bath with tub/shower. A double stroller, pack-n-play, high chair, pull-behind wagon for a bike, and 4 bikes are available for renters to use. There is also a full sleeper sofa on the back porch. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Be sure all doors and windows are closed and locked, but leave screen doors unlocked. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
