This two-story cottage, known as "Northeaster," has an open floor plan with a spectacular view of the Lake Erie Islands. Located adjacent to Perry Park, there is convenient access to the tennis courts and playground. With the lakefront walking trail at your doorstep, head to Central Park and the downtown business district for an enjoyable afternoon. A dishwasher, highchair, electric grill and washer & dryer are available for guest use. A TV with cable and a DVD player is provided for home entertainment. There is a Lift Chair in the Living Room for adult use only. This cottage has four bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has one queen Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has one queen Bedroom #3 is upstairs and has one queen Bedroom #4 is upstairs and has one king This cottage has 1.5 bathrooms. One full bath with shower is located upstairs, and there is a half bath down stairs. An upstairs sleeping porch has six twin beds. The cottage has central air conditioning and heat. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
