This centrally located cottage is in the heart of Lakeside Chautauqua, only a short walking distance to the Hoover Auditorium, downtown business district and Central Park activities. This pretty cottage can easily accommodate 2 families with up to 13 guests. The cottage has 5 bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has one Queen The other bedrooms are upstairs Bedroom #2 has one Queen Bedroom #3 has one Full with ceiling fan Bedroom #4 has one Queen with ceiling fan Bedroom #5 has one Full, one Twin and one single Bunk bed with ceiling fan There are two bathrooms: one downstairs with a tub and one upstairs with a shower. There are three window air conditioners and wall unit heat if the summer evenings get chilly. There is a 50" 4K Smart TV with cable provided for home entertainment. There is a lovely screened in porch for memorable gatherings with friends and family. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some owners do have pets. No youth groups, please. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Please make sure that all 3 TV remotes (Sony, Philips, Spectrum) are on the TV stand. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
