Just two blocks east of Hoover Auditorium and the downtown area with dining and shopping, the location is wonderful for folks who love the bustle and social aspect of Lakeside. With new flooring added recently, this one level open floor plan offers guests a cozy, worry-free stay. Street-side patio with a gas grill provides a shaded outdoor setting for cookouts and conversation, and an enclosed front porch for relaxing and reading. This cottage has a dishwasher and ceiling fans. Window air conditioning cools this unit, and there is electric heat to cut any chill. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Bedroom #1-One Queen bed Bedroom #2- One Full bed One Full bathroom has a shower and tub downstairs Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
