Centrally located in the heart of the Chautauqua community, this three-story cottage overlooks beautiful Lake Erie and Central Park. There is convenient access to Hoover Auditorium and the downtown business district for shopping and dining. One of the largest cottages in Lakeside, the "Breeze Inn" accommodates up to 21 guests comfortably. There are eight bedrooms upstairs and three and a half bathrooms. : UPSTAIRS: Bedroom #1 has one Queen Bedroom #2 has one Twin Bedroom #3 has one King Bedroom #4 has one Queen Bedroom #5 has one Queen Bedroom #6 has one King Bedroom #7 has four Twins Bedroom #8 has six Twins. DOWNSTAIRS: Bath #1: has a half bath Bath #2: has a shower UPSTAIRS: Bath #3: has a tub and shower Bath #4: has one tub and shower With multiple dining tables (3 Dining Rooms) and 2 Living Rooms and a large enclosed front porch for entertaining, this beautifully decorated cottage is a preferred location for family gatherings. The "Breeze Inn" features a dishwasher, a gas grill, and two washer & dryer sets. (Tide High Efficiency Detergent is the only approved detergent; guest must bring their own.) The downstairs has one full bath with a shower plus a half bath. There are also two combination tub/shower bathrooms upstairs. The cottage has central air and gas heat. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside our outside. Some owners do have pets. This cottage is available year round and can be reserved for short and long term rental during the Off Season. Please note: Linens are provided. Please note: a cleaning/laundry fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
