Situated in the heart of Lakeside, this cottage is only a short walk to shops and restaurants in the downtown business district and recreational opportunities in Central Park. On summer nights, enjoy the sounds of Hoover Auditorium concerts from the open second floor porch. The Owner lives on the first floor, and the second and third floor are for Renters' use. Stairs to the Second and Third Floors are narrow. This historic cottage, known as "Rockledge," allows a maximum occupancy of 15 guests. This cottage has 7 bedrooms which includes: Bedroom #1- One Queen and one Twin and ceiling fan Bedroom #2- Two Twins and a ceiling fan Bedroom #3- One Full and a ceiling fan Bedroom #4-Two Full and a ceiling fan Bedroom #5- Two twins - Bunk Bedroom #6-One Queen Bedroom #7- Two Twins Bathrooms are located on each floor. Second floor: Bath #1 : has a shower Bath #2: has a tub and shower Each room features a Mitsubishi heating/cooling unit. No youth groups, please. Renters/guests are not permitted to bring pets to any rental properties, either inside or outside. Some cottage owners do have pets. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds. Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
